Profile Description

I have worked in a BPO company for more than 4 years and had experience with non-voice customer service, data entry, chat/email response handling, and researching. I have keen attention to detail and can deliver work as required.
Prior to that, I was working for a Telecommunication Company for five years as a Credit and Collection Assistant. There, I was trained by the manager to do data entry work and writing reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
My years of experience as a customer service representative taught me tremendous knowledge in providing only the highest form of customer satisfaction and maintain client loyalty. I work well under pressure and ensure that all reports are finished and submitted on time.
