I am an employee with diverse skills but mostly I've been trained for and have relevant experience with research writing. doing online updates of contacts and companies for a database, and customer service. I have honed my writing skills in a government office; mostly writing comments, recommendations and position papers. After that, I worked at a call center company which helped improve my confidence in the English language and shaped my knowledge in customer support, which proved really useful when I joined another company with a job that required me to work with an Asian team doing circulation sales for a newspaper. Now, my job is focused on online research which has really become my passion.
With my writing and speaking abilities, I can easily handle written tasks such as simple articles, forum or blog posts and the like. With customer service, I can definitely do customer support whether via chat or email.
