Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry since 2006 and have had extensive experience in customer service and technical support. I have managed people in this field as a supervisor, and have experience in training and quality analysis as well.
I continuously accept writing projects as well not only as an extra source of income, but to hone my skills as well.
I have recently worked in Marketing and have acquired the skills needed for blogging, article writing, research, and database building and expansion. I am proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel, and have also learned how to use Adobe Photoshop and Wordpress.
I am a very quick study, and would find ways to obtain other skills that may be needed for the job.
I plan on working from home for as long as possible, and would be looking forward to doing this with employers who believe in long term relationships with their people.
