I graduated from Ateneo De Davao University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Major in Asian Studies. I am computer literate. I know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Photoshop, HTML Codes, Movie Maker, etc. During my last year in college, I was sent to Thailand to undergo my job training as an Income Generating Project Assistant at WEAVE (Women's Education on Advancement and Empowerment). It is a humanitarian non-governmental organization which offers service to displaced people from Burma all over Thailand, China, and India. I was there for almost two months. During my stay in Mae Sod, I helped in conducting training and seminars to the Karenni tribes regarding crafts and livelihood. Most of my tasks were report presentation and media. It was truly an amazing experience because it allowed me to immerse, and be a part of a different culture. I was able to put myself in their shoes, and I was given a chance to share my knowledge with them. Last March 2012to August 2012, I worked as a Trade Merchandise and Promo Assistant at Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. My job in the company was very secretarial. Most of the time, I produced documents, wrote down memos, took important business phone calls. I have a strong interpersonal skill, and phone etiquette. I can work alone and with a team. Adjusting to different work situation will not be a problem as I know how to adapt with any kind of environment, even in the cyber world.
