Profile Description

I have professional experience in the field of Customer and Technical Support. My previous jobs are generally related to attending to Customer concerns in the lines of Telecommunication Services and Email Providers. I have also worked as an Admin Email Support for a specific website answering member's concerns which makes me proficient in written English. I am familiar with Microsoft Tools such as Word, Outlook, Office, PowerPoint, etc. I have also used different programs in variation of the tasks that I have handled. E.g. Softwares used by agents for a BPO Telecommunications account and an Email provider account. I am able to adapt easily to changes that may come up related to work. I am good at dealing with different types of people. I maintain a blog site as a hobby which keeps me updated about everything on-line and also helps me improve my writing skills.
