Hello! I am Jo. I earned a bachelor's degree in English (Creative Writing) from the University of the Philippines in 2016.

I began my freelancing career in 2014 as an Online English Tutor to Japanese and Chinese students. I then took on writing gigs in 2015, including proofreading theses, editing, and copywriting. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in 2016, where I honed my problem-solving skills by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. I also served as a Legal Assistant in a reputable law firm before working as an Administrative Assistant at a Government Agency.

Since 2022, I have been thriving as a Content Writer/Virtual Assistant, delivering high-quality support across content creation and administrative tasks. I am proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.ai for efficient content development, as well as scheduling tools like Google Calendar for effective time management and appointment coordination. I am also experienced in using Google Workspace for document creation and improve productivity and Slack for seamless team communication.

For managing projects and workflows, I particularly use ClickUp, plus I also have experience utilizing Asana. I am also proficient with Canva for creating graphics and marketing materials, and Filmora for video-editing and content creation.
