I am currently employed as a Clerical Officer at the Bohol Federation of Disabled Persons Inc., a Peoples Organization that caters to the needs of persons with Disabilities. I am tasked to do all the office works such as writing communication letters, drafting the organizations' resolutions, encoding documents, preparing their financial statements and keeping data and records of all persons with disabilities in the province where I work at.
Aside from that, whenever the organization that I worked with will conduct an activity such as a seminar or training's, I also served as the facilitator where I arranged all the required paraphernalia which includes preparing the venue which I need to ensure the accessibility of the locale, the food to prepare, booking the participants traveling tickets, preparing the invitation, the program and etc.
I know that the kind of work that I have now is far from the degree that i graduated, but I already started to love this job since this is where I find the job with a heart and dedication. This is where I was able to know how to deal with Persons with disabilities and served them with respect and endurance.
I believe that honesty and dedication to work are the keys to be a productive employee and I am confident to say that these traits are the reason why I am being trusted by the people where I worked with, the persons with Disabilities.
“I can find little blocks of time to focus so we can scale this business.”
