Profile Description

Last March 2022 up to now - worked as part time structural Engineer (US- based company). Prepare structural analysis and design, Cut details. Software used - Enercalc, Autocad, E-tabs and Safe.
Last  June 2017 up to now I worked as a private practitioner. I prepared building plans/ Structural plans/ foundation plans/ Plumbing and also 3d models (using Autocad, Revit, sketchup and Staadpro as a tool in my drafting and design), structural analysis and Design and submit to authority. And during construction stage I ensured that works on site are carried out as in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Last Dec. 2016- April 2017 - I worked as a Senior Facade Designer at Diamond Glass Enterprises in Singapore. During my tenure in this company I worked as a designer of Concrete/steel/Aluminum and various facade designs. Tasks to prepare 3d drawings and shop-drawings.  One of the project I was involved was the Erection of a 5-Storey Funeral Parlour at Tampines, Singapore. I was task to design the Steel frames of the facade and also do the detailing and cutting lists of the aluminum screens. I used staadpro, Microsoft Excel, Autocad and Revit as a tool to complete the task.
Last November 2012- Dec. 2016 I was at OKH Holding's Pte. Ltd, Singapore as a Senior Design Engineer. In this company I manages
a team of Engineers/ Drafters/ BIM and surveyors. My team was tasks to prepare shop drawings for submission, 3D drawings (Revit and autocad), cutting lists of steel and Aluminum We prepare also structural analysis and design of Concrete and Steel. And we’re tasks also to set levels and setting out gridlines on site, we used digital leveling instrument and total station. One of the project I was involved was the erection of Woodlands Horizon- 9 Storey industrial Development building.
Last Feb 2009- Oct 2012 I was at Tech Decor Pte. Ltd as an Asst. Proj. Manager. I was task to assist the proj manager in project management direction. One project I was involved was A' Posh Bizhub- 8 Storey Building.                                                                        Last july 2007-Jan 2009 I work as an Engineer at OKH HoLding’s Pte Limited in Singapore. I was task to prepare shop drawings, 3D models, cuttings list/ Estimates and also structural calculations and design.              Last Nov 2005- june 2007 I was at Nueva Vizcaya State Univesity, Instructor. I was tasks to prepare instructional plans, and also teach engineering subjects.
