My five years experience working as Personal Assistant to the CEO overseas has equipped me with a package of skills
necessary to provide administrative support to top level company functionaries in a multicultural environment.
On daily basis, i would organize directors confidential personal diaries, conference attendance, travel plans and make appointments, while also dealing with incoming emails, faxes and processing documents. I was also involved in constructing operational manual and list of company standard operating procedures.
As i am the contact point of people dealing with the CEO, i also have been entrusted with the advertising and company marketing, the main focus of which is liasing with printing and publishing companies and website maintenance.
Because i worked with company executive who regularly travels and deals business outside Dubai, i am skilled in working and accomplishing tasks and instructions via internet, telephone and other alternative medium of communication.
