Hi,
Currently I’m a Learning Specialist (Trainer) in Sitel Baguio Philippines. As a Learning Specialist I teach agents how to efficiently communicate and I train product knowledge. I’m also efficient in using MS office (MS excel, MS word, MS power point and MS Outlook) because I’m also required to analyze, create reports and provide a smart action plan. I’m capable of doing these because I know how to multitask and I’m also proactive.
