Profile Description

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and I have been working in the real estate industry for a good part of the decade. My experience in this business covers the following, but are not limited to, Office Leasing, Retail Leasing, Site Acquisition, Land Sales and Disposal, Residential Services and other Real Estate-related transactions. I’ve worked for some of the most highly regarded companies namely, Megaworld Corporation, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and CB Richard Ellis on various real estate capacities and functions. Some of the clients I’ve worked with in the past include Accenture, IBM Philippines, Sumitomo Designing and Manufacturing Inc., Manila Water Total Solutions, Wyeth Philippines, Globe Telecom, and the Church of the Latter Day Saints.

Since starting my real estate career, I can do a little bit of everything from sales & marketing, internet related jobs, online and offline research, to work related with numbers (financials). I've always been the go-to guy for whatever my boss requires at a certain moment. Last year, I decided to do freelance real estate brokerage because I finally felt that I can do it on my Upgrade to see actual infow, I've been doing very well in this field and I found myself with extra time, so I decided to join Upgrade to see actual info and look for clients who can benefit from my expertise.
