Profile Description

I was previously connected with Plantation Bay Resort and Spa a 5 Star resort and very known worldwide for its world class service.
I am 34 years old and physically fit, graduated with the degree of Bachelors of Science Major in Industrial Engineering.
Working in hospitality industry was a good experience for me, help me change as a person in dealing things inside and out from work. Serving people is a tough job and you must possess these qualities such as patience, good judgement, pro-active, a good listener, hard working and a good communicator, with the help of the resort and the good training they bestowed in me I acquire all these qualities and give a huge impact for me as a person.
Dealing with guests of different nationalities, with different character is not easy, but then again this is what I love to do, provide a world class service and interact with people. I find it very informative and fascinate me when I start interacting with people, especially when I have all the information ready on hand. Exchanging information or providing information to a valued customer really gives me a chance to showcase our talent that we Filipino are not just good in what we do, but we love to serve and provide an excellent service to our customers.
Furthermore, I'm highly trainable and very flexible on any type of task given to me, I can work with less supervision. I can do multi tasking job as well, with good command of English and reliable, hardworking, honest, broadminded and patient.
