I have been doing computer repair and troubleshooting during my college days in which it helped me go through college. So in a way I am able to learn or try to learn the software which has basic conflicts and able to find the problem. I also have an experience in troubleshooting though a call center both through phone and remotely. I had been out of touch with the fast growing computer technology while I was in the seminary I am a bit outdated but I believe given enough time and given enough instructions and with clarifications I am able to learn any software. I have good command of the English language and able to write.
So far, my skills in word, excel and power point is acceptable, I am computer literate and have good communication skills. I have been trained to ask and clarify some things in order to have desirable results.
