I'm working as one of the Technical Support Staff in a BPO company and learned a lot of technical skills especially in internet,cable & phone troubleshooting. I would say that learning MS office helped me a lot in various aspects of jobs I've been. My 2-year working experience as a Factory Worker in Taiwan added a new set of learning for me. Basic gym orientation/physical fitness also contributed a lot new perspective. I want to be a part of this company and I do expect a long-term job with you wherein I will perform well with the skills I had while learning something from you.
