I've been with a call center company for 2 years.
My stay there was a great oppurtunity for me to be a skillfulled person.
After 9 months of being on the Level 1 Customer Service representative, i was hired as Level 2, my work as a Level 2 is to take ESCALATIONS CALL from the client that wants to talk to a Supervisor or Manager. Im confident when It comes to Customer Service, Customer Care and Customer Relations because I may say I am that knowledgable enough when it comes to that field. I am fond of editing pictures online, Im pretty knowlegable with Microsoft Word. I've worked on alot of websites. I believ in myself and Im confident that if you will hire me, I'll do everything to help you your business as Ive helped my previous company.
