Profile Description

As a customer service and sales specialist, I've handled incoming and outgoing calls, emails and even chat inquiries and escalations regarding the company's product and services from different types of client. It ranges from answering simple questions to solving complex issues and up-selling other products and services that we offer. The job is also about converting that inquiry into a sale by offering products and services and position it as a solution to the customer's issue. Being a tech savvy person, I also worked in the I.T. Industry as an I.T. Consultant, assisting clients and other departments within the organization. Some of the applications that I've used includes Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, WordPress, different phone systems and others for clerical and multimedia purposes. .
