I have worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for 2 years. I have had experience working for 3 real estate companies as a Virtual Assistant adding listings to MLS and their websites, sending email blasts, managing emails and documents, data basing clients, creating flyers and adding listings on postlets, craigslist, FB and other websites. I was also assigned in Commercial Real Estate. Responsibilities were gathering and exhausting lead's information which includes their names, company, website, phone numbers, and email addresses. I am fluent in carrying out all necessary office tasks and responsibilities. I work fast and can handle many different projects at once. I am highly communicative both with clients and supervisors and believe I would make a great asset to your team. Web surfing, Researching, Microsoft Office application, that includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint would not be a challenge for me.
