Profile Description

I have worked for Convergys Philippines as a Customer Support Representative for Comcast Cable back in 2009. Before that, I have been doing logistics as a Marketing Manager for three International Shipping Lines with Local Agents here in Cebu. It entails a lot of smooching clients, blasting emails and lead generation. My first job was an Accounting Staff in a furniture company wherein I set up Quickbooks as part of their accounting system for easy access to interim reports by management. I am proficient in the use of MS Office. Though I know a little bit of Photoshop, I can work around in getting things done because there are lots of tutorials available in the internet. Right now, because I am a bit funky in my facebook account and pages, I am only using PowerPoint to create pictures.
