I am currently working as a Product Trainer in one of the BPOs here in the Philippines. In total I have 4 years and 8 months of call center experience under my belt. I have attended seminars and workshops where my skills in doing administrative tasks are enhanced and utilized.
In my line of work, I have developed my research skills and have used Microsoft applications (WOrd, Powerpoint, Excel),a lot.
I can follow complicated instructions and guidelines without any difficulty and more importantly I am very flexible to any work-related changes and updates.
