As an Industrial Engineer and Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager, I specialize in designing systems that streamline fulfillment, optimize logistics, and automate operational workflows. I have led large-scale retail and e-commerce operations across multiple channels including direct-to-consumer platforms and marketplace ecosystems.

A key project I developed is the Unified Delivery Platform (UDP)
- an integrated operational system that consolidates delivery partners, dispatch monitoring, order tracking, and logistics performance into a single operational dashboard. This system significantly improves delivery visibility, operational control, and customer service performance in one of the big retail shopping companies here i the Philippines.
