Profile Description

I'm a professional Industrial Engineer in the Philippines. Other than my career profession, I'm also an ESL online teacher to Japanese corporate students. I am knowledgeable in operations related to construction, systems and procedures, inventory management and control, development, planning, and analysis. 
I can also work independently and manage multiple projects at a time. I would like to collaborate with different people and help them with their professional needs. I always provide excellent contributions to my client's requirements and specialize in delivering quality services in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCES:
-Maintains accurate inventory report.
-Maintains healthy inventory levels in Amazon.
-Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders and solve issues whenever needed.-Shipping label creations
-Source for reliable suppliers in the US markets for new product line-Investigates and resolves supply chain, product development and inventory issues/problems
.-Constant coordination with other departments to ensure accurate and timely update of shipping and product changes on the website.-
Collate and compile relevant ecommerce data information.
-Manage Customer Support (Inquiries, Comments, Feedbacks, Complaints, etc.)
-Search and study other necessary tools needed that will help the company to optimize their process flow.
-Monitor and make sure to maintain good brand health in their Amazon account.
-Improve and implement processes that will help the employees to be effective.
-Monitors the sales of the company.-Eliminate unnecessary expenses.
-Implemented a database inventory that provides effortless visibility for the monitoring of slow
-moving and fast-moving products that corresponds with a timely replenishment plan.
-Implementation of process flow with detailed guidelines and procedures that eliminates redundancy and optimized process time.
-I provided a cost benefit analysis for the company that helps them to easily determine the unnecessary expenses.
