As the current Data Manager and Assessment Coordinator, I oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of student performance data to inform teaching practices and drive academic improvement across the school. My role includes leading the design and implementation of assessment frameworks, maintaining data integrity across platforms such as PowerSchool, eSIS, and MAP, and supporting educators in data-driven instruction. Additionally, I coordinate professional development for staff on assessment literacy, data interpretation, and the use of technology to enhance reporting accuracy and impact.
