I spent almost 4 years as a call center agent. I was a tier 2 DELL resolution expert supporting CTSline then XPS line, I was also a tech support agent of Virgin Digital Help, I was also a tier 2 agent of Symantec, I was also a pioneer a tier 2 agent of Lenovo Premium Support. I also spent few months as a home base agent.
Before I entered call center jobs, I was a department head of a Korean PC company importing and selling refurbished PCs. Even before that, I was an active onsite tech support fixing computers in schools and business offices all around the city where I live. I also custom design Emergency Power Systems to counter power outages or blackouts which is a common thing here in the Philippines.
Today I own and manage an Internet Cafe while I still do onsite on-call tech supporting.
