I have been a real estate assistant for 5 years. The tasks that I did were advertising homes and looking for potential buyers, managed some real estate transactions,updating the MLS, creating newsletters, updating websites, creating CMA reports, managing social media accounts, CRM, calling government offices to check the tax lien/ tax sale schedule, did some researching (zillow, trulia, Upgrade to see actual info etc) and managing the client's email and calendar.I have handled infusion soft, top producer and dotloop. I have used tools such as mailchimp, podio, myemma, breakthrough, docusign, zipforms, zapier and basecamp.
I have also been an office manager in which I promote work spaces/ studios, call out potential leads and schedule appointments.I would post ads on Craigslist and Loopnet. I answer the phone everyday for any inquires or questions about the commercial spaces. We do have 5 buildings and it's in Brooklyn New York ( streets are 88N1, 153 Roebling, 44 Stewart Ave, 2 St Nicholas and Sunset Park.)
I also handle maintenance and make sure that we address each and every tenant's needs. If there are any developments, any new tenants or lease signing, I will report it directly to the owner. I also managed the client's email and calendar.
I handle the company's account like internet and phone. I also handle UPS delivery for my client .
I was also an administrative director where I qualify potential clients. Our company was a member of REO Club, We finance investors for homes that are non owner occupied. Our company loans from $30,000- $300,000. I am the one that handles each and every client, I am the one that is searching for appraisers to appraise the property. I would schedule meetings for the appraisal and would also call the title company to search for the title. I also call lawyers to help us with the closing.
I am an efficient virtual assistant, am knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google calendar and Google voice. I had an intensive training with real estate. I am familiar with Facebook,Craigslist and LinkedIn.
Also I have been a customer service representative for almost 2 years where I answer calls, handle billing issues and troubleshoot equipment.
