Profile Description

Being employed for almost 5 years, with 4 years of being an IT Associate and after 1 year as an IT Officer, I may say my knowledge and experience helps me to develop my technical and managerial skills. I have knowledge in Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting POS Servers
and Terminals, Management of domain user accounts and privileges. Setup, configuration and maintenance of and troubleshooting of applications such as: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visual Studio, Symantec PC Anywhere, Symantec Ghosts, VNC, Lotus Notes and other remote tools and Windows Operating system on desktop and laptop computers for front end and back-offices.
I learned also baisc network configuration, troubleshooting for LAN and WAN connection.
I'am also capable in using Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and PageMaker, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access for word processing, graphic presentation, also for making of single illustration and multi-page publications for calling cards, letter heads, brochures and invitations layout
I honestly admit that much has to learn but I can undertake new challenges that job entails to be more productive and effective.
