I have been working in the call center industry for two years. I started the journey in Transcom Worldwide Philippines Incorporated here in Bacolod City, and I was able to handle a sales account which is voice and a technical account for both chat and voice. Right after which, I decided to leave the company due to health issues specifically, pregnancy. I had a two-month rest then I began working in Convergys Bacolod as a technical support for phone, cable, and internet. Not only that, I was able as well to cater other customer needs such as, billing, sales, general information, and retention. The job was bearable however I needed to leave the company due to family concerns. As of the moment, I often stay at home and look after my kid. I am actually applying to at least enhance my skills and of course to gain income in order to sustain my family's need.
As having been part of the call center industry, I have been equipped with all customer service skill. I am able to handle customers from nice to irate. I know how manage my time efficiently and effectively which leads me to finish a certain job in a certain time. Also, my typing skill is above average and so are my verbal and written skills. I am able to converse with people may it be business or just a casual conversation. Moreover, I am an open-minded person, flexible, and willing to learn. With this, I believe that I will be able to provide you a quality of a job performance.
