I have been working as a virtual assistant for almost a decade ---------- the early years I was a telemarketer for a telecommunication company based in Australia.And seven years of it I worked for a Property management company based in Charlotte in which I handle the leasing, eviction and maintenance for the company. I am well versed with Appfolio, Propertyware, Freerental, MLS, Tenanturner and Rent screener. I am flexible with tasks given to me. I can learn new tools quickly.

These past few years I worked for an Appraisal company based in Oregon and New York where we gathered all data from the inspection and compiled this as a ---------- being keen to details makes this work enjoyable for me. We have used Alamode, Trello, MLS and Zillow on this particular job.
