•Migration of over 300 websites hosted on multiple servers to a new server with better security resulting to a significant savings on server fees and maintenance cost.
•Created a migration program for clients with websites that are not compatible to the new server, prompting the clients to upgrade their site or rebuild, resulting to:- Increased satisfaction and new customers for the clients through their updated and more secured websites. - Additional income from the upgrade or rebuild fees.
•Spearheaded the first successful roll out of Net Promoter System in a virtual environment for a telecommunications program/client.
•Transition of around 800 staff to a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
•Planning and launch of an Escalations Help Desk for a telecommunications program.
•Planning and implementation of ticketing system (Jira) for various departments for better request and escalations management.
•Developed and Implemented various Quality Assurance/Improvement processes for multiple technical programs.
•Audited and improved existing Quality Assurance processes for multiple technical programs.
