I've been an office assistant for a local architectural office for more than a year and my work basically covers being a front liner in the office and using the MS tools in anything that may require it. I have also worked as a customer support representative for almost 3 years in a BPO company that handles US-based clients for a TeleCom. I have dealt with customers' concerns in connecting to the internet using their Windows OS computers. My main goal is to isolate the customer's issue and make sure that their concern will be addressed and resolved. I have knowledge in configuring PPPoE and DHCP routers and modems. I am also knowledgeable in MS Google tools and Canva. I am currently working as an Online ESL Tutor.
