I have been doing administrative tasks when I started working back in 2001 before changing field by going into the BPO industry as a technical support agent for Quickbooks, Apple products (desktop & iphone) and AT&T U-Verse.
I have also written quit a number of articles for Sitesource101, a few articles for Hubport and the current company I am with.
I am familar with basics of Wordpress as I am using this for blog write ups for our company.
I also have done content writing for Accelink BPO.
Familiar on working with photoshop, I can fill up forms and save them as pdf files.
I am versed with MS Word and basic knowledge on MS Excel, Powerpoint.
OpenOffice (calc & draw) are other applications I know.
I can work unsupervised and under pressure and will do my best to deliver high quality jobs every time.
