A detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who has experience with different aspects of pre-contract and post-contract works, including preparation of cost plans, quantity measurements and estimation, preparation of tender documents, bid management, contract preparation and management, financial report and cash flow, and variation orders.

I have dUpgrade to see actual info to take a temporary career break to spend quality time with my husband and three growing kids.

Being a stay-at-home parent, I enhanced a lot of skills, including the ability to balance budgets, organize everything, manage multiple schedules, multitask, and keep the household up and running.

I also had the chance to engage in a number of personal projects and small business ventures that helped me explore and discover my other skills.

These skills and work experience may not be CV-worthy, but these same skills, along with my willingness and eagerness to learn and prove myself will make you want to hire me in the future.

Coming back to work, I might be looking for a part time or full time position, and I wouldn't rule out a change of profession, too.
