I work for an eCommerce company as a technical support
My duties as a technical support are as follows:
- Answer/provide solution to customer query - Replicate bugs reported by the customer - Testing the software if there are new releases - Do a secure remote connection using TeamViewer/ AnyDesk - Log issue in JIRA and test fixes reported in JIRA
Platform used: Kayako, Deskpro and Freshdesk
Shopify:
- Check the order number from Shopify store and provide tracking number to the customer
