Appraiser Assistant/Title Examiner

I am a Title Examiner and and Data Analyst and Data Entry and a Proof Reader for almost 4 years. I am proficient in analyzing the documents specially related in insuring property. My key strength is with data entry with my extensive experience as a Business Process Associate on which my primary task was to search and investigate real estate properties in the US(Florida, all counties) using the company's database, examine and review all the documents gathered from investigation such as property appraiser, tax record, mortgages, liens, foreclosure, assets, judgments, court cases, probates, last will, divorce and others, and file and scan all the legal documents together with the Title Policy to be issued. I have an experience working as an Appraiser Assistant for more than 10 years, my task includes performing searching information online such as Tax, Property appraiser, Plat Maps, Searching properties on Redfin, Trulia, Zillow, MLS, Running comparables, zoning details using Specific Plan, zoning map and land use map and all property information for preparation of the report. I have experience searching information on Residential, Condo, Vacant Land, Mobile Home and Commercial, for FHA and VA. Also have experience assisting Probate Referees. And all Administrative works, such as emails, entering contacts, order entry etc. Also have experience in Zoho CRM, Crexi for Commercial properties and CRMLS for residential properties. I also have some experience in the softwares: Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
