Profile Description

I am a registered nurse but I never got to work in the hospital setting. After graduation, I immediately got a job as a customer service representative. The company I worked for specialized in order processing and customer service. I have been trained and handled big US- based accounts like Dr.Leonard's, Carol Wright Gifts, Haband, Leapfrog and 1800 Flowers. We worked with both online and client provided systems. Due to high volume of calls, I learned to work under pressure and multi- tasking. Aside from processing orders, I am highly skilled at pacifying client concerns and have experienced different types of customers from irate to the worst. I left the call center and decided to be an independent contractor. I am very flexible, highly trainable and a hard worker. I am a telemarketer though I prefer non-calling jobs right now. I can work with blogging sites like blogger, wordpress, not really an expert but I certainly know how to publish blogs and regularly update as needed. I am proficient with excel, word and google documents.
