I may say that I'm already an expert when it comes to collecting overdue invoices and managing account risk. I've been in this industry for more than 5 years now and handled Business to Consumer and Business to Business portfolios.
I'm well verse in English and US accounting terms, which is an edge against the others. I also created multiple tools to help my team ease their jobs and other business process improvements. Currently I'm working as full time quality specialist and at the same time managing two portfolios based in North America and Canada.
