English is my second language but in my country, the language is part of the education curriculum. Most of the text books at school are in English (in medical school, all books are). I give myself a score of 9/10 in written and spoken English and a 10/10 in reading comprehension.
I am not knowledgeable when it comes to making or designing a website, but I know my way around the web when it comes to digging up things for research.
