Profile Description
I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering last March 2011. I have been working for almost two years. I worked in a banana export industry wherein I was assigned at the Quality System as Project employee for the Integrated Management System wherein our department document the companies procedure manual in preparation for the certification of International Organization of Standardization (ISO). Then after six months, I was promoted as Quality System Training Supervisor for the Environmental Management System wherein we conduct farm inspection audit in relation to alignment to ISO regulation. We also conduct training like Fire Safety Awareness Seminar, Basic Life Support and First Aid Training, Chemical Handlers Awareness and
Safety Education Seminar and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to its employees. After 6 months as Training Supervisor, I was transferred as Compensation Planning Analyst to Productivity Improvement and Compensation Planning department. With these work experience I was able to practice my knowledge as Industrial Engineer especially in research, data gathering, computation and analysis.
