I'm a person with a strong sense of costumer service, I had a lot of experience on how to troubleshoot a personal computer especially in desktop.About my employment skills, most of my work experience are based on costumer service. My first job is a internet cafe assistance. My duties and responsible is to assist a customer, like for example for fixing the webcam, helping on how to make there documents(thesis, projects, assignments in Microsoft office etc etc) My second job is call center agent it is responsible to answer the query of the client and get the all information of the customer for the transaction, then the last is sales consultant of the computer hardware company, it is responsible to deliver a good service to the customer.
