I have worked in a US based company as a Call Center Agent for 1 year and 6 months. I have worked for Cisco and Linksys as a Technical Support Representative (TSR), Customer Support Representative (CSR) and Product Support Representative.
Basically, the accounts I have worked for are into Networking (Internet Setup/Installation) and Troubleshooting. The company holds both inbound and outbound services, located in Davao City.
Since the company was big and have many connections, they provide training and other seminars for other work related services, reason why I also have some knowledge about other computer programs, software and applications, operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS and Android (and a little about other Linux OS) and other Networking & Gaming devices.
