Profile Description
I worked as a Chat Tech Support at Stream Global Services for almost a year. We supported technical assistance for a popular computer brand (Dell). I will not call myself an expert but I do know how to use tools that can give me the answers to clients' inquiries.
Currently I
am working as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys for two years now. We handle calls from the US and answer inquiries regarding their account.
I know how to use MS Appplications like Word and Excel.
I am self-driven and can follow instructions well so there's no need for close supervision.
