Profile Description

I have been an editor-in-chief of our school paper publication way back in high school. I am fond of writing poems, diaries, and will always make sure my essay activities in school would exceed the number of pages my classmates do. I consider writing not just a talent but an outlet of my feelings.
I am a also a graduate of computer related course. I am engaged in computer applications such as miicrosoft applications, adobe Photoshop and flash applications. I have experienced making my own website via html though I was not able to practice.
I was able to develop my full potential when I joined my present company. I am presently connected with a multinational company for almost 3 years. I have been using microsoft applications in different weekly and monthly reports. I am keen to details and ensures correct usage of grammar for these are a requirement in my present job as a Human Resource Generalist. Everyday of my professional career I am dealing with paper works and deadlines. I am excellent in typing and encoding as well. As a generalist, I must equipped myself in different areas of human resource. I am processing the payroll of 100 plus employees using prime system. I have been assigned in different areas to help manage manpower and payroll as well. I learned to be proactive and improved my initiative with the kind of job I have. Facing different reports and filing of documents is very boring yet I have learned to make my work easy but still the output is the same. I am keen in making templates and ensures reports given are
presentable and accurate.
The reason for taking this different path is because I wanted to explore myself in other field at the same time earning an extra income. I am an independent woman who aims to help my family hence my salary is not enough.
For my three years tenure with Watsons, I can say I am well trained and nurtured individual whom was able to engaged herself in a competitive and fast pacing work environment which can be applied even with on line work pace.
