From October 2011 to June 2013, I was tasked in handling and maintaining the books of a Medical service provider based in Florida, US, using Quickbooks 2012. I was responsible in entering data of new clients and patients, creating Quickbooks invoices of Patients for FME and/or Health & Behavior evaluations to be mailed and e-mailed to various Insurance Companies,
entering Quickbooks check payments received from Insurance company, as well as creating the
weekly checks payable for the Doctors and other office expenses. The invoices sent, payments received and checks issued recorded in Quickbooks were then re-entered to synchronize data with another Program used for doctor and claimants files. I also carried out the monthly bank reconciliation of the accounts, done every 10th of the month and providing my superiors company snapshots reports like Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss. Carrying out inbound and outbound calls using Skype, has also been a part of my daily work assignment to follow up payment status update to various insurance companies in the state of Florida.
For a brief summary of my Online Work experience, I started working online Feb 2011, as a Social Networking Assistant.From June 'til December 2011, I worked as a Virtual Assistant managing the orders and maintaining over 20,000 products for an Amazon Seller Account offering Medical Equipment and Supplies. I was also tasked to maintain and update the Quickbooks program of the Amazon Account. Last November 2011, I was hired to set up the Quickbooks Company File for an Austrian company , Software Distributor, designed for tracking the monthly sales from the different software offered and pay-outs or referral commissions from the down lines and networkers.Bank reconciliation, encoding of invoice and payments and generating of reports.
Before I started working online, I worked as a Senior Consultant for 5 years at Ink on the Run Asia, Inc. in Manila, responsible in developing, maintaining and attending service calls from clients in the area assigned. I was also responsible for e-marketing, business correspondence, Sales and Marketing Presentations, Day-to-day operation and General Administration of the office. Quickbooks 2007 was our accounting software that time. Needless to say, I could say that working with Quickbooks was part of my everyday routine for the past 7 years
With more than 15 years of working experience, I became highly proficient in Quickbooks Data File Management, in MS Office Package and knowledgeable in various data entry projects. I have a consistent typing speed of 55 wpm with 99% typing accuracy.
