I worked before in Convergys Corporation and 24/7 Customers Incorporated with the same account Time Warner Cable Roadrunner High Speed Online as a Technical Support Representative. Part of my job was to assist clients with regard to their Internet connection issues like providing customer service satisfaction in helping them resolve computer problems and email issues, troubleshooting computer hardware, explaining the cause of the problem to the consumer, answering customers’ questions or inquiries, giving advice when necessary, asking probing questions to get to the root of the problem and giving clear and precise instructions to customers.
