I've done a lot of problem solving and quick analysis in a very dynamic account. I can handle stressful situations and pressure such as an irate customer calling about his/her cancelled flight due to winter storm. I can still answer them in a very nice and polite manner. I was included as one of the top agents in terms of customer service satisfaction. I got high feedback from the customer surveys at random picks. i did multitask by speaking to customers and typing for documentation. I can type 40-45 words a minute.
I am now an IT recruiter with Maxsys Solutions based in Frisco, Texas but I am part of their offshore team in Cebu, Philippines. I am good at documenting during an applicant interview and resume review when sourcing for good IT candidate. I am good at follow ups and writing reports.
