Profile Description

My university education trained me to create a Marketing Plan, Consumer Behavior Strategic Plan, UAI Survey, and Case Analysis as well as to conduct a Marketing Research. My experience in establishing and managing a successful Internet store allowed me to complete online sales transactions from inquiry to product delivery. It also gave me an opportunity to deal with different kinds of customers.
As for my other skills, as you can see, I speak and write English fluently. I am adept in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash and Windows Movie Maker. I am also proficient in Desktop Publishing and Basic Microsoft Office functions, knowledgeable in HTML and CSS and can create simple Websites.
On a personal note, I am very determined and assertive. I am also a good planner and detail-oriented.
