I have acquired Intuit QuickBooks Software and Problem Solving and Decision-Making trainings. I have extensive experience in billing and reports creation, and invoice generation. My comprehensive education in accounting and management accounting has given me excellent understanding of the Accounting principles. This is an edge in data and account entries as well as in financial records maintenance.
Quality and Administrative Support -
I have worked with both Windows and Mac platforms, and applications, such as Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc. I am very adept in MS Office and spreadsheets, and have acquired training in Excel as requisite to organizational functions. I spend 9 to 12 hours of my day in front of the computer working on emails, correspondence, Siebel and Witness systems and other online communication and requests. I have also worked as a quality auditor of recorded calls, performing transcriptions, call flow and quality evaluations, and maintaining client-specific standards. I am familiar with Service Level Agreements and Statement of Work, an assurance that I will always drive to meet customer and client expectations.
