I have also worked as a Quality Representative in a Technical / Digital account at Teletech (2010-2011). With my extensive work experience in the call center industry, I would have to say that I have advanced skills in speaking and writing in the English language. Being a Quality Assurance Specialist, I also have excellent listening, comprehension and analytic skills. I am also familiar with a lot of social media applications and services. I can work in a fast paced working environment and can easily handle the tasks of meeting deadlines. I can easily understand instructions and I have no problems with having to work extra hours. I am very eager to learn new things and I'm quite excited in expanding my career in a homebased online company.
