I have assisted four successful start-up companies (marketing and distribution company; recruitment firm; outsourcing/call center; and a McDonald's franchise) and was able to execute effectively during the early stages of the business until full operation. I also love to develop business ideas and have operated some small ventures myself. 

Learning and self-development is an ongoing journey for me. I love the energy of entrepreneurs and like listening to other people's wisdom. And when faced with a difficult task, I make sensible decisions based on good principles.
