My experiences in working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry has paved the way for my skills in customer interaction and conversational skills to be honed practiced and improved. Acknowledging that building an online career involves tough competition, just recently, I started to study and learn SEO and Wordpress because I strongly believe these tools are necessary if I really want to increase my edge over others. Aside from these skills, I am also naturally good at sports as I am an athlete myself.
