I have a high customer service skill experience and english communication experience. I have an experience working in an international casino hotel in Macau, China. It is the 2nd largest casino in the world and the 5th largest building in the world and I provide city and hotel information to over a thousand hotel guests and visitors everyday. I have confidence in what I do and I am a fast learner. I also graduated with a degree in Nursing so I also have knowledge in some medical information and hospitality.
