I did administrative/clerical/recruitment support/data entry/virtual assistance for an offshore outsourcing company based in Australia then. I was part of the In-house Admin team. This was done homebased and online. I was under the recruitment and hiring team. I did scheduling of the interviews for our clients and candidates. I also did recruitment and hiring follow-ups like sending emails to clients and candidates and collecting information for the said positions. I also did candidate screening for the positions they are applying. I also did candidates database update--scrubbing all candidates who registered online and maintain/update the only available applicants for the clients to choose from. I did weekly and monthly report for the recruitment and hiring stats for my direct boss to see and analyze.
